Final Wrap Up of the Youth Olympic Games by Karyn Gojnich

The Sailing Regatta in the 2018 Buenos Aires Youth Olympic Games included five sailing events with 100 sailors from 44 different nations. It was sailed out of Club Náutico San Isidro, north of the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The events were the Mixed Multihull (Nacra 15), the Girl's and Boy's Windsurfing (Techno 293+) and new to Olympic sailing Girl's and Boy's Kiteboarding (Twin Tip Racing).

Day Four Report by Karyn Gojnich - Aussies take on the tricky breeze

It was a big day out on the water for the team with the wind had swung around to the south and observations were 18-20 knots at the start of the day. The Nacra 15s faced challenging conditions and the wind had dropped to 16-18 knots over a short chop in the bay at the start of racing.

Matthew Bugg leads Para Worlds after Day 2

 ​​​​​​​On the second day of racing, sailors were presented with cloudy skies and a North Easterly wind around 7-10 knots. Three races were completed for the Norlin 2.4 OD class and the Hansa 303 Women's class enjoyed six races to catch up on their single race completed on the opening day.
