Team

Our high performance structure consists of two levels: the Australian Sailing Team and Australian Sailing Squad.

To qualify for the Team, sailors or crews must achieve a top 10 placing at the World Championships in their class, or have the potential to do so within two years.  

Working with the Team, the Squad represents the last stop on the pathway to the elite level. 

Team and Squad members have access to Australian Sailing facilities and support, including our expert coaches.
